Rebuilding the "WANT" mammoth:
Produced in full secret as a surprise track to be premiered only at the Recoil ASHIB Screening Event in Guimarães, 23.11.12.
Both Alan Wilder and the audience didn't knew what was coming their way as the closing track from my warmup live set.
This special version for one of Recoil's most pivotal tracks builds around virtually recorded telephone calls from some of Alan's closest entourage including (in order of appearance):
Mauricio Moriarty, Maira Oliva, Christine Thomsi Thomsen, Thomas Köckeis, Tatjana Glück, Kellie Andrews, myself and Rhianna Faye.
They all could chose one part of the text, but the general idea was each would have to say "and I want" on their native language.
Having so much people close to Alan keeping their mouths shut until this piece was played for the very first time was no easy task - but we've achieved it somehow:)
Rhianna Faye had the extra responsibility of being the new Nicole Blackman (all due respect), but I believe you will all agree she's done the job perfectly - let me just say her recording was a one take only file - wow!
This was originally meant NEVER to be repeated again.
